TCGA的ENSG編號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)換成gene symbol
TCGA 數(shù)據(jù)庫中的基因編號(hào)采用的Esembl 的編號(hào),但是有些分析軟件,需要輸入的基因編號(hào)是 gene symbol ,這就需要將Esemble 的ID 轉(zhuǎn)換成gene symbol 。
采用clusterProfiler 進(jìn)行轉(zhuǎn)換:
