VennDiagram是進行Venn圖繪制的 R包,最多能夠繪制五組數(shù)據(jù),其中一個主要的繪圖函數(shù)為venn.diagram()

2 如何獲取各區(qū)域信息是繪制Venn圖的一個關鍵問題
可以基于VennDiagram提供的計算函數(shù) calculate.overlap 或者get.venn.partitions
以前者為例:

如上結果顯示 五組一共獲得31各區(qū)域的數(shù)據(jù),可以利用返回的list提取每一個區(qū)域的結果,譬如取出a1區(qū)域(共273)的前10個:
