簡述:
簡單的2分查找算法,根據(jù)IP地址定位IP所屬的IP段,然后獲取IP段的IDC/省份/城市的信息。
輸入:IP地理信息文件,一般地址庫拿到后需要格式化一下,參考:
1. 如果省份是null 或者 '' ,city是null或者'' =》 省份=其他 and 城市=其他
2. 省份非空且為直轄市,但是城市非直轄市 = 》 城市=直轄市
3. 省份非空且非直轄市,但是城市為空 =》城市=其他
4. 省份或城市中有(、\等非法信息 = 》 省份=其他 and 城市=其他

編號,開始IP(long),結(jié)束IP(long),省份,城市,IDC,開始IP,結(jié)束IP 29990,16777472,16778239,福建省,其他,電信,1.0.1.0,1.0.3.255 29991,16779264,16781311,廣東省,其他,電信,1.0.8.0,1.0.15.255 29992,16785408,16793599,廣東省,其他,電信,1.0.32.0,1.0.63.255
