解決:
報(bào)錯(cuò)是 在用RDO模式 packstack安裝openstack 最新版mitaka時(shí)出現(xiàn)的。
是在云上的環(huán)境
inet 192.168.1.7/24 brd 192.168.1.255 scope global dynamic eth0 有一個(gè)外網(wǎng)IP 42.62.X.X

此處多說(shuō)一句，此處配置%遠(yuǎn)程其他host有權(quán)限訪(fǎng)問(wèn)，那么在mysql的配置文件中 /etc/my.cnf，也需要做一些配置，將bind_address=0.0.0.0或者直接屏蔽掉此項(xiàng)，更多請(qǐng)自行查找資料。
如果想讓外面host能訪(fǎng)問(wèn)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)：（yunjisuan為root密碼）
GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON *.* TO 'root'@'%' IDENTIFIED BY 'yunjisuan';
flush privileges;

總結(jié)：方法3個(gè)，1是在127.0.0.1 添加主機(jī)名，，2 重新設(shè)置一遍 root 在msyql 的權(quán)限% 3 卸載掉數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)，重新測(cè)試。
打算一會(huì)測(cè)試 用內(nèi)網(wǎng)ip, 然后在路由器上做 80映射，這樣應(yīng)該會(huì)好一點(diǎn)。不知道行不行。簡(jiǎn)直是作死，在云上搭建openstack。。。。測(cè)試完。
