Outlook登錄后提示證書名稱錯誤

服務(wù)器環(huán)境：Exchange server 2007 SP3

客戶端：WIN7+Outlook2010

連接方式：Anywhere

證書：采用第三方公網(wǎng)證書頒發(fā)證書，證書名稱為mail.contoso.com，主題備用名稱為mail.contoso.com，autodiscover.contoso.com(這個是測試環(huán)境使用的證書名稱，真實環(huán)境類似)

問題：打開Outlook后，提示證書名稱錯誤，顯示Exchange2007內(nèi)部主機(jī)名exchange2007…

經(jīng)查，服務(wù)器采用第三方證書頒發(fā)機(jī)構(gòu)頒發(fā)的公網(wǎng)證書，沒包括計算機(jī)內(nèi)部名稱。

1、于是設(shè)置相關(guān)的虛擬目錄都為對外域名名稱mail.contoso.com。

2、確保anywhere連接的也是對外名稱mail.contoso.com。

3、客戶端還是報證書錯誤，懷疑這個和TLS認(rèn)證相關(guān)，于是，修改相關(guān)設(shè)置，問題解決，outlook打開不在報證書錯誤。如下所示，取消接收連接器default…僅在啟動TLS之后提供基本身份認(rèn)證。

4、設(shè)置client…連接的FQDN名稱為mail.contoso.com。

5、取消接收連接器client…僅在啟動TLS之后提供基本身份認(rèn)證。
