1.創(chuàng)建maven工程

2.在pom.xml文件中添加依賴項

    3.創(chuàng)建文件 spring-mvc.xml

4.配置web.xml ， 加載 spring-mvc.xml

    5.創(chuàng)建控制層代碼 IndexController.java

在地址欄輸入http://localhost:8080/工程名/index就可訪問index.jsp
