Centos7下Rstudio-service配置教程

root賬號(hào)安裝：

wget https://download2.rstudio.org/server/centos7/x86_64/rstudio-server-rhel-1.4.1106-x86_64.rpm
sudo yum install rstudio-server-rhel-1.4.1106-x86_64.rpm

啟動(dòng)R 服務(wù)：

rstudio-server start #啟動(dòng)RStudio
rstudio-server status #查看RStudio狀態(tài)

設(shè)置使用的R版本：

 vi /etc/rstudio/rserver.conf
#設(shè)置內(nèi)容如下：
# Server Configuration File
rsession-which-r=/share/work/biosoft/R/R-v4.0.3/bin/R
