用Python轉(zhuǎn)換地理經(jīng)緯度數(shù)據(jù)的方法有哪些

在數(shù)學(xué)中，表示角度的度、分、秒分別使用°、′、″等符號(hào)進(jìn)行表示。度與分，分與秒之間一律采用六十進(jìn)制，它們的換算關(guān)系如下：

1°=60′    1°=3600″    1′=60″

接下來，我們利用群友提供的數(shù)據(jù)，來完成“度、分、秒”數(shù)據(jù)轉(zhuǎn)“度”的操作，數(shù)據(jù)截圖如下。

 

拿到這個(gè)需求，我隨手就寫出來了2種解決辦法。但是最終在群友小小明（人稱“明佬”）的修改和完善下，最后提供了四種解決辦法。
