獲取canal.properties配置文件
如果canal.properties配置文件中屬性root.admin.manager有值,那么構造PlainCanalConfigClient,調用PlainCanalConfigClient的findServer獲取PlainCanal,調用PlainCanal的getProperties方法獲取properties
通過properties構造 CanalStarter并調用其start方法
