aix的文件系統(tǒng)擴(kuò)容是非常靈活的，如果不涉及加硬盤的硬件操作，只要通過aix里面的命令或者smitty菜單就行了，當(dāng)然做好數(shù)據(jù)備份在任何情況下都是必要的。

1、因?yàn)閿?shù)據(jù)庫歸檔日志目錄空間較小，而日志增長又比較快，因歸檔日志滿很容易造成數(shù)據(jù)庫掛起，所以準(zhǔn)備對文件系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行擴(kuò)容。
# df -g

2、查看當(dāng)前活動(dòng)的卷，只有兩個(gè)，經(jīng)與工程師確認(rèn)數(shù)據(jù)庫歸檔日志目錄在ORAVG卷上。

發(fā)現(xiàn)當(dāng)前目錄的PPS大小為200

查看oravg卷組信息可知每個(gè)PPS大小為256M，目前oravg還剩2589個(gè)PPS，共計(jì)662784M；

擴(kuò)展文件系統(tǒng)的空間
 
使用命令 # chfs -a size=+78G /oracle/BWP/oraarch #意思是給/oracle/BWP/oraarch增加78G的空間(注意G是大寫)
執(zhí)行完再lsvg 發(fā)現(xiàn)free pp size 沒有增加，但是用smitty chfs 來做的時(shí)候
發(fā)現(xiàn)，增加的 size 在/oracle/BWP/oraarch上已經(jīng)體現(xiàn)了。

使用smitty chfs來擴(kuò)容的過程：

#smitty chfs回車后選擇這一項(xiàng)Change/Show Characteristics of an Enhanced Journaled File System，然后在目錄列表里找到需要擴(kuò)容的目錄按回車。
