##信號(hào)量
信號(hào)創(chuàng)建，其中value是初始信號(hào)值，主要用于控制并發(fā)數(shù)量

dispatch_semaphore_create(long value)

信號(hào)等待函數(shù)，dsema是信號(hào)，timeout是等待時(shí)間點(diǎn)，在等待時(shí)間點(diǎn)內(nèi)，只有信號(hào)dsema的信號(hào)值大于等于1才放行，繼續(xù)往下執(zhí)行；同時(shí)信號(hào)值減1；

增加信號(hào)值，每使用一次對(duì)應(yīng)的dsema的信號(hào)值就加1
