server1_nobinlog, Error: Too many connections

運(yùn)維人員直接把測試的機(jī)器重啟了，/usr目錄不存在，重新安裝新的mysql，接著測試庫重啟myshard，有些端口能起來，有些不能起來

發(fā)現(xiàn)myshard報(bào)mysql的連接數(shù)已經(jīng)滿了，加大連接數(shù)

再次重啟myshard的端口，就可以順利啟動(dòng)了

這個(gè)文件是記錄myshard下面MySQL生成binlog的位置點(diǎn)，相當(dāng)于mysql-bin.index的，但大小是0，
