微信模板消息只能發(fā)給一個(gè)人，如果要群發(fā),需要通過(guò)php循環(huán)，依次發(fā)送。

注意,如果模板消息發(fā)信息時(shí)有時(shí)無(wú),不穩(wěn)定,可能你的access_token令牌更新緩存不及時(shí),過(guò)期了.可以根據(jù)日志文件查看.建議300秒更新一下.否則會(huì)很煩.
