安裝grid到84%報(bào)如下錯(cuò)誤

查看安裝日志存在如下報(bào)錯(cuò)信息

>  ACFS-9340: 無(wú)法安裝 ADVM 驅(qū)動(dòng)程序。

>  acfsinstall: ACFS-09420: 當(dāng)前未在此節(jié)點(diǎn)上安裝驅(qū)動(dòng)程序。

>  acfsinstall: ACFS-09411: CreateService 成功。

>  acfsinstall: CLSU-00100: 操作系統(tǒng)功能:StartDriver 失敗, 錯(cuò)誤數(shù)據(jù): 1068

>  acfsinstall: CLSU-00101: 操作系統(tǒng)錯(cuò)誤消息: 依賴服務(wù)或組無(wú)法啟動(dòng)。

>  acfsinstall: CLSU-00103: 錯(cuò)誤位置:StartDriver_

>  acfsinstall: CLSU-00104: 其他錯(cuò)誤信息:@

解決方法:打補(bǔ)丁BUNDLEPATCH 11.2.0.4.160419。

SYMPTOMS                                                  

Attempting to install 11.2.0.4 GridInfrastructure on Windows 2012 R2. Install proceeds normally until it reachesthe step 'Grid Infrastructure Configuration' which fails with this error:

[INS-20802] Grid Infrastructure failed.

 Theroothas.log shows the following errors :

CAUSE                                                     

Experiencing unpublished BUG 17927204 -ACFS SUPPORT FOR WINDOWS 2012R2.

SOLUTION                                                  

To resolve this issue please follow one ofthe following sets of instructions:

For New installations:

1.  Bug:17927204is first fixed in Windows DB Bundle Patch 11.2.0.4.11 or higher. At the time ofwritting the solution, the latest version is 11.2.0.4.14, which is available asPatch 20502905 WINDOWS DB BUNDLE PATCH 11.2.0.4.14.

2.  Completea software only install of the 11204 Grid software on each node.

3.  ApplyPatch 20502905 WINDOWS DB BUNDLE PATCH 11.2.0.4.14 to the Grid HOME.

4.  Runconfig.bat from GI_HOME\crs\config to configure Grid Infrastructure in aclustered environment (OR 'Grid_home\perl\bin\perl -IGrid_home\perl\lib-IGrid_home\crs\install Grid_home\crs\install\roothas.pl' for a GridInfrastructure standalone / Oracle Restart environment)

5.  Thefollowing error may be seen after running the config.bat : "ACFS driversinstallation failed" to resolve the error run ASMCA to configureACFS.  To resolve the error run ASMCA toconfigure ACFS on cluster env.  Runfollowing in on standalone (Restart) env.

   1)cd Grid_home\oui\bin

   2)setup.exe -updateNodeList ORACLE_HOME=Grid_home CLUSTER_NODES= CRS=TRUE

   3) run ASMCA to configure ACFS
