是否為當(dāng)前，如果數(shù)據(jù)庫有被多次用RESETLOGS打開的話，這里會有多條記錄

RESETLOGS的SCN

RESET TIME

RESETLOGS的TIME

注：用目標(biāo)數(shù)據(jù)庫的控制文件和目錄數(shù)據(jù)庫二種的INC KEY會不同！
